A government-issued photo ID is needed for in-person requests in Prince George's County.

You can also submit requests by mail, email at Police_CustServ@co.pg.md.us, or call the automated request line at 301-985-3660. Mail requests go to the Records Management Division at 4923 43rd Avenue, 3rd Floor, Hyattsville, MD 20781. Payment methods include money orders, business checks, and credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted for in-person requests. Credit card transactions have a $1.50 fee. Incident reports also cost $10 each, while accident photos cost $20 per roll.
